Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 – 3 business days. It takes 1 – 2 business days to ship your order to our warehouse, put your name and address on it and ship out.

Shipping Time: You will receive your order from 7 – 12 business days (depends on the destination) from the date that it is shipped out, not the date when the order is placed. If we are in the high volume of orders or extreme weather condition in some parts of the country, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

• Order over $99 for our FREE STANDARD SHIPPING
• Standard shipping: $4.99 for the first product.
• Shipping With Insurance: $7.99 for the first product.

Tracking Number: Once your order has left our warehouse, we will send you the tracking number with the confirmation email so that you can track the package online.
For international shipping, tracking maybe stop once the package is handed over to the country’s international carrier. Full tracking (marked as delivered on tracking) is ONLY provided for Canada and Australia.

Return & Exchange: If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly work with you to correct the problems. Items can be returned/exchanged and get a refund within 99 days of receiving the product, in an unlikely event of the damaged, defective or wrong item delivered to you.
