Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 – 3 business days. It takes 1 – 2 business days to ship your order to our warehouse, put your name and address on it and ship out.

Tracking Number: Once your order has left our warehouse, we will send you the tracking number with the confirmation email so that you can track the package online.
For international shipping, tracking maybe stop once the package is handed over to the country’s international carrier. Full tracking (marked as delivered on tracking) is ONLY provided for Canada and Australia.

Return & Exchange: If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly work with you to correct the problems. Items can be returned/exchanged and get a refund within 99 days of receiving the product, in an unlikely event of the damaged, defective or wrong item delivered to you.
